  • This company falsely advertises! They put an addendum (dealer add one) sticker on the vehicle saying that they've already installed items on the vehicle and charged for Zaktek, Nitrogen Air, Door Edge Guards, Self Healing Door Cups, Premium Tint. After taking possession of my vehicle I saw the next day that none of that had been done. I spoke with Rhett the sales manager and he said they were not included in the deal. If they were not included why do I have the document showing they were to have been installed on the vehicle? He told me he would call me back. When he called me back he admitted nothing had been done. I requested credit for items I didn't receive and he refused. How can a company legally put an addendum on a vehicle saying it's ALREADY BEEN INSTALLED and charge a total of $1,709 and it's not even done? Ive attempted to handle it with them but after I've now left messages for their customer relations AND the General Manager Matt Cerreta and no one has called me back I'm taking it to social media and the internet to let everyone know.
