Best breakfast in all of Las Vegas. Maybe the state. Possibly the country. The service, the food, the ambiance is outstanding every time I go in. Pancakes tried: Red velvet, orange creamsicle, Easter special ( Cadbury egg batter with toasted coconut and whip cream on top), Cookie butter French toast, and sweet cream crepes. All fantastic. Red velvet pancakes are a must have! And the cookie butter French toast is the guilty pleasure of the century. Entrees tried: Spam scramble is decent. Spam sliders are delicious with Hawaiian sweet rolls layered with a spam scramble and your choice of cheese. Pick cheddar. And make sure to get furikake seasoning on EVERYTHING. It makes the dish 10x better. Kalua pig Benedict is not as good as it sounds. No flavor with a ton of carbs. If you're torn, pick the adobo fried rice omelette (substitute rice for garlic rice, add furikake seasoning) and the cookie butter French toast. Your tastebuds will thank you. It will be so good you'll come back to try the rest of the menu. Babystacks you have my heart... And my hips :')
