If you go here stay away from Adam. He was so condescending and rude. I witnessed him making rude gestures and being obviously annoyed that someone was calling in asking for help. He talked down to me so badly that I left without finishing my transaction. Now all of a sudden I can't log into my sprint.com account. I'm convinced he changed something to keep me out. That's just the kind of guy he is.
On the other hand Dillion was super nice. Unfortunately unable to do my upgrade so I'm still without a new phone. I'm so frustrated with sprint in general right now I just want to leave them.
I've called customer care 5 times and been disconnected 5 times. Always after being on the phone with someone for 20-45 min. Seriously. Just want to leave sprint but the prices are good, I guess it reflects the customer service
