rev:text	I visit this creamisty often it's closet to my home... but today the service and the ice cream were not up to par ..1st the young lady at the register must have clearly not been listening and I'll explain that in a moment. so if had days everything was fantastic then theres today it's usually a wait any where from 15 to 30 minutes excessive I know but quality comes with no time frame ..or so I thought so I noticed today every time I go there's always 1 person making the ice cream on 2 machines when there are 4 machines available? well that explains the wait ... so finally my name was called I went to pick up my sorbet and was in mid sentence trying to thank the girl and explain to her it was inccorect and the little rude child just turned her back while I was speaking ... so I stood there waiting for another child to come to the counter nobody thought to ask was everything okay or what the issue was ...so I ordered a reg. nitrodole (sorbet) with fresh strawberries the container was bent and it had no strawberries. now on a good day when their communicating properly they will extra freeze it when it's to-go and the strawberries always go around the dish. so I finally said excuse me to get someone's attention they froze the sorbet a little more and put berries on half the dish ... since I've ordered this in all sizes before including pints this just wasn't up to par so I let them no ..the young man making the ice cream realized they were having trouble getting the lid on (because the cup was bent up) and advised them to put a few more strawberries in a cup good idea! except trying to get my sorbet home was an act of science... so after I had everything back i noticed the other little boy looking and telling the first rude little girl and giggling .... I left at this point no need to argue with children. I've been to the Scottsdale and central location and have had no issues. so word of advise if you visit this location just know the children have no type of customer service skills.
