rev:text	Auto Tech is a 5 star operation definitely because of people like Billie the manager and not ownership. I recently brought my BMW in to get what I thought was a check engine light looked at. They checked everything out and told me that there was nothing wrong. When I started the car, I saw the same big red triangle with an exclamation point! So I went back in and complained that the same problem had happened. This guy started yelling at me that there was nothing wrong with the car. I yelled back then "why the hell is there this big red flashing thing at me when I start my car." After going back and forth, I figured out by looking online that the exclamation point was actually a service request. For some reason, this guy wasn't able to tell me and I had to look it up myself. And during the whole time he was arguing with me which you just don't do with customers. The next day, Billie called me up and apologzied for what was a miscommunication. I said that it was ok as it was my fault confusing the symbol. However, I did mention that the guy was a big douche for arguing like that with me. He told that the guy arguing with me was the President of the company. What a great way to treat one of your best customers as I've sent all of my friends and family there!
