Overall experience was good.
In my experience:
They had 3-4 staff members at the front office, answering questions and checking in people coming in. Props to that!
Very professional and polite imaging staff (Mathew was amazing); my front office clerk, not so much (wouldn't let me even finish ask my question).
I had to do an X-Ray (they don't do appointments for these) which meant, wait-time of over 1 1/2 hours, which is why I am not giving a better review.
You should be able to schedule your images, in order to avoid waiting for so long.
I fully understand that medical field is very hard to actually get positive feedback, since patients come in sick and already feel uncomfortable about little things in general. Wait times at any clinic, will always be their burden giving them lower reviews.
I am sure this place is great, it was just that one clerk and wait time. Thanks guys.
