  • I'm going to be completely honest, they were late the first time they came but after I emailed them, they fixed it in a matter of hours. I was seeing crickets, scorpions and cockroaches in my house. I have 4 kids, so I was extremely worried. After they sprayed the second time I have not seen a single bug. My next spray is in July, so I will keep you updated! But their customer service seems to be A+
