  • guys are completely incompetent. I had them come out to my rental house to try to do some repairs they didn't even do an inspection on the leak by opening up the ceiling. All he did was walk in and say it need a whole bunch of stuff. he said I have to have a new shower you have to replace all of these things all of what they wanted me to do with a total of about $2800, not covered by the home warranty of course. I went over and I opened up the ceiling and could see immediately the leak was coming from the drain of the shower above. it was a part cost $35 that need to be replaced. I called them back and then the second time around I belligerently explain to them my position that I wasn't very satisfied with their diagnosis of the problem. they have since ordered the $35 park and are on schedule to come back out and replace it tomorrow . Very weak service very distrustful and dishonest group
