rev:text	My experience with this medical practice has been terrible...ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS GETTING PAID, NOT HOW YOUR HEALTH IS DOING...Id been going here for over 2 years and on top of everything else wrong here, the receptionist is so rude and condescending... I was in a terrible car accident almost 2 years ago so as you can imagine, I had many medical problems, also other medical needs...I am now scheduling my spinal surgery due to this accident and I receive a phone call from my doctor here that she is dropping me as my doctor, no reason but that I dont comply with "office rules" ..what does that even mean???.this doctors office will hold your medication refills hostage until you call and make an appointment to come in and see her "for NO reason" at all..she and they just want money..I called the office just resently because my pharmacy said my doctor would not refill until i went in to see her, and when i called regarding this, the front office said, "well, you have a balance due"...i said, what does that have to do with getting my medications refilled, so your keeping me from my necessary medication because I owe you money ??? This doctor is for money ONLY...STAY AWAY!!!!..... In addition to this review, I'd gone to see my endocrinologist day before yesterday and that dr. had found a serious hernia in my chest and told me to contact my primary dr. Immediately which was of course Dr. DESE SACTT..When i called to make an appt. to see her, the office informed me i was no longer a patient there, that my doctor was dropping me. I told them I have a hernia that needs surgery and they said my endo dr. didnt put that in his notes, there for I have to find another primary dr. Really what they are saying is that I'm a liar, I made up the thing about having a hernia..THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH, neither would they care if you were even dying, or in my case in need of immediate surgery due to a hernia near my heart...Doctors should have compassion for their patients..THIS DOCTOR DOES NOT....
