Horrible customer service!! They have been using the "lack of a printer problem" for months and Armando's response to an issue was "what do you want me to do about it?" No apology for inconvenience or even a sign of empathy. Well Armando, maybe stay in the back doing IT repairs (per his badge which stated his position)and not out front "assisting customers" of which of course he did nothing! Not an Authorized retail store......makes sense. Go to the location up the street ......which I did per Armando's recommendation. Thanks for that, What a difference in customer service, worth the extra few minutes drive. I wonder if the owner of this place knows how his/her employee is sending customers away to the place up the street? Will never patronize again.
