  • I am a Best buy customer as of 20 years. Best buy has been my go to store for All of my electronic needs. The atmosphere, customer service, positive and courteous attitudes of the employees at this River gate store have been encouraging. I had a very unpleasant shopping experience at Pineville best buy. Was going to give up on best buy as the Pineville store compares to shopping at Walmart for electronics. I'm so happy!!!! All is Not lost. River gate best buy exceeds my high expectations and standard of quality and customer service that has drawn me to best buy half of my adult life. Please please don't let Pineville people come to river gate and mess things up
