  • It took 3 times before I finally found a nail spa that I loved in Charlotte. Moving here from Utah and having the same nail lady for almost 2 years, I felt hopeless and flat out done. A coworker friend suggested that I give Ballantyne nails a shot. I walked in and asked for a pedicure. Within 2 minutes I was already seated in the massage chair and asked if I wanted a beverage. They offered wine and being from Utah, I was surprised and ecstatic. Wine and a pedicure. Doesn't get better than that. The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Not much chatter going on until I made an effort to small talk with who I assume was the manager. I think her name was Judy? I wish I could remember. Anyway. Very glad that I had a positive experience. It was very needed to get a pedicure that evening. I will be returning and possibly inviting some friends to join me on my next trip! Thank you, Ballantyne nails for the wonderful service and taking care of me as your last customer for the night. I know what it feels like to want to go home at the end of a long day and you still managed to give me top notch service. I greatly appreciate it.
