| - I've come here many times for lunch, so I say this with authority. Adonis's shawarma is good, but figuring out their ordering system can be as tough as cracking the Davinci Code. Seriously, the rules are constantly changing, and if you've been there enough, you know exactly what I am taking about! Sometimes to order a sandwich, you have to take a number and wait to be called. Other times you hover until someone behind the counter looks in your direction, you pounce, flag them down with the most gusto, and you are selected to be served next. Sometimes you just arrive at the counter and magically you are served first though others are standing there. It is madness I say! So why bother? Well for $6.49 you get a good sized shawarma with lots of toppings. Also, there is a large seating area at the front of the store that is bright and clean, so you can eat said shawarma in relative comfort before it gets cold. Also, when your belly is full, you will notice that the prices on many items such as cheese and meats are very good! The bakery is also full of amazing selection of breads. The only thing I have found disappointing about this store is I find their produce spoils quickly. But veggies are overrated anyways, right?
