  • The wife and I went to Einstein's, but it was packed. We saw people sitting outside, so we thought wed give it a try. We walked in and the young hostess said we could sit anywhere and when ready we could come back up to the counter to order. So, we decided to order. We got 2 egg, bacon, and avacado sandwiches, 2 coffees, biscuits and gravy, and a pull apart cinnamon roll. We noticed the baked goods case barely had anything in it. That told me they don't make much because they don't get much business. She then told us we could get our own coffee around the corner, which I thought was odd, but okay whatever. Found they had my french vanilla creamers, awesome. The wife said the place just looked like some ones home, with tubs from walmart holding supplies, etc. We sat down and overheard a guy ask for silverware, she said it was in a tray next to the coffee and to help yourself. So, we then went and got ours. We also overheard another customer bring his b and g back saying it was cold. They promptly corrected it and brought it back. They cook later asked if that was better, which i thought was not business like. The hostess came over and said they were out of bacon, we could get a refund or they could put sausage on the sandwich, so we decided to get sausage. We got our meal and she forgot to bring the roll. She heated it up and brought it. The sandwiches were ok, and before they brought them we could hear them talking about overcooking something and we could smell burnt egg. We confirmed the egg was overcooked, but the sandwich was still decent. The b and g was good and hot, though she had that so i don't know if it tasted good. The roll was good, and the coffee wasn't bad either. We overheard at the end them saying the bacon was almost done cooking. When finished we had to bus our own table. Because we were nervous about this place, we probably wont be back, even though it did the trick.
