| - WIfe finally dragged me kicking and screaming to a Mexican restaurant! She tried the local Four Peaks Kiltlifter and we both liked it. WE also wanted try the much lauded Chambord margarita, and since we were there for happy hour they brought us two each! TOmunch on during the cocktails we had the Texas trio and chips, which was salsa, quest and guacamole. I chose the catfish for my entree, and my wife went for the Achiote chicken chopped salad, with iceberg lettuce, avocado, black beans, Cotija cheese, bacon, roasted curbs, pepitas, Roma tomatoes, red cabbage and ranch vinagrette. Great place!
