  • I'm Vietnamese. My mom makes Pho. That being said this pho is very well done. Broth has great flavor, not too sweet or overly heavy on the star anise. My bowl is P3, pho tai chin (pho with sirloin and brisket). Yes you can find cheaper quality bowls downtown or on the east side, but we're in Scottsdale yo! Also environment is nice and it's a good place to take Vietnamese food beginners . Get cafe suh da (iced coffee) and spring rolls with your pho bowl for maybe one of life's best meals.
