  • My wife was ogling a Jilian Madden ring on their site forever, and I finally decided to surprise her with it for our anniversary. Since I'm not a big jewelry person, I was somewhat clueless, but I knew the ring. I contacted them, and they were more than helpful. Got very fast response times, Jilian herself was in touch with me back and forth. She didn't freak out when I had to change a size that I ordered, and was positive and professional. Pricing was reasonable relative to the piece. The customer service, as others have mentioned was excellent. From recommending a restaurant near the store, so I could set up the surprise visit, to putting the finished ring in the display case when we came in with a custom made "price tag" on it. And Jilian made the effort to come to the store when we were there to be part of the surprise and meet my wife in person. My wife is over the moon with the ring, and we would absolutely return and recommend them in the future.
