  • Pathetic customer service, they genuinely have no care even if you are a VIP. Wont let me redeem my groupon or use a hand written note saying we can come back and finish a package we paid for. Do not take time off work to come to this waste of an outlet. My dad and Sam are probably not even friends anymore over this. They wont even speak in english when asked right in front of us with management over the phone. In my book that is racism, not that I care.
