This has been the worst visit that I have had at an urgent care. FastMed has a feature on their website that allows you to pre-register for a time slot, but that feature is useless! We showed up 15 minutes early as the website suggested and were told it would be a few minutes because there were a couple of people in front of us. We were OK with that and went and sat down. Well it is now an hour and a half after the time slot that we reserved and have still not been seen. Another person walked up and was complaining about the same issue and the front desk attendant said that the there is no point in pre-registering on a Sunday because they operate on a limited staff. Are you kidding me? What kind of response is that?! Why offer a feature if you are not going to utilize it. Waiting for care is one thing, but to reserve a time slot that is several hours after the time that you look online and then you come in and have to wait another two hours is ridiculous! There are plenty of other providers in the area, so you would think that this company would offer better customer service!
