  • I have used Giles twice and recently today. I believe this is a class company. I was at the mercy of the plumber, Brian Cope, he could have put extra charges on my bill but told me part of the things that he thought were bad with my water heater were in fact OK. Brian was on time, fast, and very polite. Its nice to find and use a honest business.
