rev:text	I absolutely love this place and I always come here. Whenever friends are in town or I am trying to impress a friend with a Vegas local hot spot, this is my go-to place. My favorites include: Apple and manchego salad Tuna Tartare Stuffed Dates Scallop / Excargots Petite Filet Last time we visited we ventured out of the comfort zone and ordered some plates for the very first time. My new favorite is actually the Herb-roasted chicken. It is so juicy and flavorful. So many restaurants miss on chicken but this just hit the spot. It also comes with delicious crispy fries and it is very filling. I was dreaming of their Paella since ordering in on my birthday in May and I ordered it again this time but something went terribly wrong. It was super salty and I could taste the rice distinctively as though it was not flavored well. I advised the waiter who alerted the chef. The manager was very kind. He came to our table and apologized and took the Paella off our bill. We would have loved to order one more but we had already waited 40 minutes for this one to cook and had a place to go after so we decided to pass. I love how they handled the situation. We are still loyal and will be back in the future for sure! We also ordered their sangria pitcher and that was wonderful. It is very smooth and fruity, I think it is perfect for a light weight but only if you are sharing ;) Overall, besides the wonderful food, the decor is beautiful with slight dim lighting. The noise level is a little higher if you sit inside but they also have outside seating with beautiful lights. It is all very fresh and exciting.
