Came here for a friends birthday, found it difficult to find as you have to walk in the alley to find the restaurant. It is a small restaurant with pleasant staff however the air conditioner was not turned high enough making the dinner unpleasant. I came across this restaurant on Instagram and really wanted to try the seafood paella. I was a bit disappointed because it was extremely expensive, was a small portion and lacks flavour. The paella was $65- had a few clams, octopus sausage and beans. I was not a big fan of the beans mixed in the paella, there was way too much which diluted the flavouring (beanie taste). Portion wise, we were only able to have 1 bowl each (3 ppl in total). I also tried the halibut ceviche and deep fried eggplant. The ceviche was extremely sour, however the avocado helped dilute the sourness. I wished there was more avocado. The best dish of the night would be the deep fried egg plant. It was super delicious. I love the extra touch of mozzarella cheese and the Japanese onion on top.
