  • Not impressed at all. I've been here a few times. Last time I went here, I wanted to buy the JJ Cole Satchel bag. When I was going to pay, I asked the cashier if she can please check if everything was inside (stroller straps, changing pad and messenger bag strap). She said that nothing was missing but then I pointed out that I didn't see the messenger bag strap. She told me it didn't come with it. I explained that I was at the store just a week ago and I was pretty sure it came with it. She continued NOT to believe me, so then I went on THEIR website and even showed her the description stating what the bag came with. She said STILL didn't believe me saying that the picture didn't show any additional straps. She called another staff member over and I explained the situation. The other lady called JJ Cole and they confirmed that I was indeed RIGHT, however...that was the only jj cole satchel they had left in store. She then told me that I can Order the messenger bag strap seperately but it would take more then 2 weeks to come. I was extremely frustrated. I told them to forget about it and left the store. A few minutes later, I went on amazon.ca an ordered the same exact bag for 20 dollars cheaper PLUS it came 2 days later.
