  • All my friends which I've dragged down the hall of Kensington mall have loved this place. If you hate bars with horrendously violent men with small genitals over compensating with brutality to patrons (aka bouncers), try this place. The man who stands at the door never bothers anyone, and will open the door for you if you're too weak. I also don't think that he knows how to speak -so that is a plus. Everyone in here is really nice as well, accidentally bump into someone - IM SORRIES all around, no need for a bouncer. The back patio/smoking area is great in the summer, and probably larger than the interior. There are very minuscule mirrors in the washroom, so be prepared for that. The bar has limited beer options, mixed drinks are great and are $10. They've been featured multiple times in Toronto Life and The Grid for best mixed drinks, only when you go in requesting what was praised- they usually forgot how they made it. I always get served by the same bartender, asking for "the drink that she made me last time", and go into great detail to describe it, but she never remembers and this is my only peeve. They also get really creative with their mixed drinks. I usually get a rum/egg white base with lavender bitters and its really good. I tried the dim sum and everyone at the table loved it, we had been drinking a bit so that could have factored into how good it really was
