  • I needed to get a pair of shoes resoled & heel caps replaced on a pair of boots. This place is in my neighborhood so it was an easy, convenient choice. (You can't beat local!) On top of shoe repair, if you ever need laces or other shoe care supplies this shop has a large selection. I don't need shoe polish but I did notice they had a lot more choices than just black & brown. I dropped my shoes off on a Saturday and explained what I needed done. The gentleman working there suggested a half sole for the heels, stating it would save some money and I appreciated that. He told me they'd be ready on Friday. I came back on Friday and they were ready as promised. The work is great as the new soles line up perfectly with the original profile of the shoe and are thin enough to feel original but thick enough to put the cushion back in my heels. (The little cushion heels have to begin with. I'm aware I'm talking about heels and not sneakers.) He was courteous and friendly and told me I look like Tea Leoni (who I love!!). I'll definitely come back when I need shoes resoled again or if I need other supplies like a protectant spray or shoe polish.
