As the other users the customer service is a joke! I promise you all patience will be lost when you have to call them. We had to cancel our internet as we are moving and it's not in their coverage zone. I called them and it literally tool 2 hours to cancel the service. I called them yesterday and told them specifically that I wanted it turned off on Friday and got a verbal confirmation from the tech. Guess what? Today at 6pm they turned off our internet. Their office hours close at 6pm. So I went through the online chat to be told sorry but your shit out of luck call back during business hours. Seriously??? It's your mistake and dumb idea to end service at the end of business. To top it off the internet sucked it general, it kept going out or having very slow speeds constantly. But since you're on a contract you have days that you just have to adapt paying 70 bucks a month for shitty/no service.
