  • Yesterday a few of us went to try out the new deli at Hobe Meats!! I'm not exaggerating when I say that the Dreamy Draw Deli Sandwich (smoked brisket in a soft roll with a mild horseradish sauce and carmelized onions)was spectacular! The others in my party had different sandwiches and said the same thing!! We all tried a cup of the Chicken and Sausage Gumbo, silky broth with puffy rice, chicken, sausage and just the right spice!! Everything is made from scratch by Tracy including the smoked meats, side dishes and salad dressings!! Seriously, you have to take the time to stop by!! Let's give her our support!!
