  • I went in and said I wanted my hair to go back to my natural color. I had black hair but my natural hair color is dirty blonde and I had an inch and a half of growth of my natural color. The girl who did my hair said she wanted to just give me highlights because she didn't want to bleach all of my hair. I reluctantly said yes. She gave me huge highlights and put toner on them. When it was wet, it looked good. As soon as she blew it dry, despite how dark the area was, I could see the color was off but I figured it was probably just the lighting. I came home and looked in the mirror in my brightly lit bathroom and I all but cried. My hair is about 10 different shades of red, blonde, brown, black and yellow. AND I have awful hot roots that are bright yellow. Won't ever be returning. Not worth 100$
