  • Just had the worst experience at Cinema Guzzo Marche Central. They only take cash at the ticket counters, then have no interac at the concession stand, which they only told us after we ordered our food and had picked at the popcorn. Got to the theater to find cracked seats, and took a sip of our soda to find it was completely flat. Finally the movie starts, and then a speaker BLEW in the theater, but they started the movie anyhow, and we watched the first 15 minutes of it with no sound before they realized it. Finally they turned on the lights and fixed the sound, and re-started the movie where they left off, then stopped it AGAIN and re-started it from the beginning. After all of that, they didnt even offer an apology. Will never go back there!!
