  • I had white water for almost 2 1/2 years and then was billed for extra bottles 6 months after the fact. Told them I never get extra since I barely use what I normally get or unless there is a holiday or we weren't going to be there during our normal delivery date. Still don't believe I owed them anything. Said they would look into it but never did. I paid the bill and then I got rid of them. Make sure you have a picture or signed document what is delivered. Hard to believe they would lose a customer over $14.00 but don't trust them anymore.
