  • After responding to an ad on Offerup, and then text messaging with a woman named Lynne, I went to look at mattresses. I was told they would be $120 if we picked it up. Once we got there, I told the guy Lynne sent us. The first question he asks us is if Lynne told us these were USED mattresses. We said no. If we had known this, we wouldn't have wasted our time to go and look. Later that evening I texted Lynne and stated we didn't buy one because we found out they were used. I stated she should have told us this to begin with. Her response to my text was as follows - word by word: "You dumb bitch why would I post a new mattress as other? And if you're stupid enough to think that you can buy a brand new Serta Perfect Sleeper double pillow top queen or Cal king mattress for $99 year just dumb plain out stupid. Don't tell me how the post and don't tell me how to do my job! Where's your stupid sign?" This place has 5 star ratings which after this response makes me truly believe these are all employees posted their ratings!
