  • I have not had a chance to see the flower arrangement I ordered. However, this company gets 5 stars for their customer service. I sent flowers to someone that had been discharged from the hospital earlier in the day. They could have just left the arrangement at the front desk and let me deal with the error. Instead, the owner of Flower Cart called and asked if there was another address I would like the flowers sent tomorrow. Wow! I will be ordering from Flower Cart again, thank you.
