  • I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. It's 5:15 pm. Check in is at 4 PM. My friend selected non smoking room and 2 beds. They told us we didn't. We selected non smoking sweetie. We re still waiting for a room, even a single bed is fine at this point. Tina at the front desk was fake nice. She did not accommodate us and told us we had to wait. Mind you, she was asking if any one else would like a 2 bed non smoking. Uh hello? Us? She passed on us. The colored lady had an attitude and completely disregarded us when we were standing at the desk for help and instead chose to help another patron BEHIND us. PLEASE lady you are beneath that. You work at a front desk of a motel 8, this isn't a club. My friend and I were just staying one night. Not even a whole night. We just needed a room to get ready for an event. We were just two nice girls trying to glam! LOL no mean intentions or anything. We left before even getting a chance to check in. This place left a bitter taste in my mouth even vodka couldn't cover up. Hire more friendly and accommodating staff thanks. This place does not deserve any business.
