  • While my services I had were fantastic from the great massage, facial and pedicure. I made my appointments for services that I was told I would receive and was really excited about getting and once I arrived was told I would be getting today because my spa gold credits didn't cover those services. This is something I should of been told at the time of my reservation and if not the services should be honored. Very disappointed.
