  • TERRIBLE. Not helpful at all. Paying for 50 speed internet and only getting 15 and after spending hours on the phone with customer service they cannot/will not do anything to fix it. Save your money and go with Century Link or ANY other provider. I do not recommend Cox services to anyone.
