Customer service never ends.
I walked into the store at Shea & Tatum tonight, May 19. In the time that it took me to get a cup, stare at the choices, make and pour my selections I was basically invisible to the two young women working. Only two other patrons inside the store and they were tucked at a corner table eating. These two girls continued their conversation, never stopping to say "Hey!" even. When I was ready to pay all I was told was "I'll take you over here" (I was on the wrong side of the counter). That was the only time she asked "so how's your night going?". My response was exactly what I've expressed to you. I walked out at 10:10pm.
Are your employees trained in customer service 101? Always greet customers.
I do not want nor expect anything in return. I have always believed you can not fix something you don't know is broken.
You're fortunate you open late, otherwise I could have easily driven over to The Gelato Spot, Coldstone, or Baskin Robbins.
That aside, I realise the store was closing at 11:00pm, but the paper towels placed to collect the dripping yogurt were not a tasteful choice. How hard can it be to rinse all the drip pans and grills when the store closes?
