  • I hate shopping for formal dresses! So I called Nordstrom one hour before I was going to stop by, and asked if they could pull some dresses for me. I spoke with an incredibly helpful associate named Danielle and she took a few quick cues from me, then ran with them. When I arrived at Nordstrom, a gorgeously merchandised dressing room was waiting for me. Danielle had filled it with ideal dresses, plus matching shoes and jewelry (even SPF, as I told her I would be at an outdoor event). She helped me choose the best dress, grabbed a tailor for me, and retrieved countless shoes until we found a pair that worked (they were actually her first recommendation). I had the perfect dress and shoes within half an hour. No pain whatsoever! Thank you so much Danielle -- I look forward to using your expertise again soon. You are outstanding at your job. Well done!!!
