  • John has great personality. I can't believe how much time he would spend on my $6.99 passport photo. Four years ago, I spent over $30 at Rapid Photo near the Passport Canada, and the photographer was not even willing to take a second one - I had to bear the super ugly photo for the past four years. Because the photo taken by Rapid Photo was very different from how I normally looked, I had to spend more times to show people that I was my passport carrier! :) I really appreciate how John would spend time to talk to us and point out how to take a good passport photo. I would recommend everyone to take your photo at John's place. It is not because of the cheap price that he charged, but because we need a good photo for the passport that we will use for TEN years! Highly recommended John! I never left tips to any photographer, and this was my first time! Do not take photos at other places in Chinatown or near Passport Canada and experience bad feelings that I had over the past four years when I looked at my passport photo. John is the best !
