  • Our AC went out, and my husband called these guys. My husband knew it was the fan, but the contractor still came out to diagnose it, despite already knowing what the problem was, the motor was not running, so they quoted him $800, not including the service fee of $80. Um, NO thanks. So my husband went and picked up a motor from a local AC supply shop for $150 and put it in himself. This company wanted to charge him $800 to install a $150 part that takes maybe 20 to 30 minutes to install. WOW!!! Un-believable.
