  • If you value your time, don't come here. I made a 2:30 appointment for a business headshot that I needed for work - took the day off to do it, and am frustrated that I'm here as long as I am waiting and waiting. I arrived 15 min early, and was finally checked in 30 min past my appointment time. The actual photos took all of 3-4 min, and I'm still waiting to be called to view the proofs. I understand that there are other customers (many with little babies), but for those clients that are just in and out, I feel they should have tried to accommodate it more. I would have taken less than 5 min to choose the ONE digital photo I needed and then paid and left, but now I'm forced to wait for 3 customers behind me to even be serviced. I'm just extremely frustrated as I now am late picking up my children from school and had to get backup because I've been waiting 1.5 hours longer than the appt should have taken.
