  • I was completely ignored in this store. Customers carrying Louis Vuitton that came in after me were pounced on and fawned over. I was there to buy an $800 car seat, but I left my Louis in storage so I guess I deserved to be ignored. I had to track an employee down and interrupt their conversation with another employee to even have my presence acknowledged. The employee completely literally looked down her nose at me until I told her what I wanted to buy. It was pretty ridiculous and shocking. If I could've found my particular car seat anywhere else locally I would have so preferred to give some other company my money. Their online ordering is a joke as well. Don't try to order something for your family if you're not in Canada, they can't comprehend the idea of people outside of Canada having credit cards and wanting to purchase baby items for people inside Canada.
