  • Signed up for Auto and Home Insurance....bait and switch (quote was lower than the issued policies). AAA deducted the premiums 2 weeks before the policy effective date. Cancelled the policies 2 weeks before the policies effective date. It's been 3+ weeks waiting for my refund. Call AAA call center, they don't give a s*it...no accountablity, POOR POOR customer service!!! Would never ever use them!!!!
