  • Seriously, just walk. Tried to get a cab home from work on a Tuesday night....it took 3 hours after multiple reassurances of " just another 10 minutes". After this debacle I was able to speak to someone "in the know" and he gave me these tips: -Drivers can pick and choose what runs they want as they lease their cabs. So if your trip isn't profitable be prepared to be passed over if something better comes along. Trips to the airport are how the drivers make most of their money. -They will not pick up people downtown after dark because they assume you are either drunk or a drug dealer. If you are in this position come up with a good sob story. Or lie to dispatch about needing to go to the airport. -If you must use this company, the adage: "the squeaky wheel gets the grease" is very applicable here...just keep calling.
