  • I am ok with being treated like I am trash when I shop at thrift stores, but not when I am spending almost 100 on clothing and accessories from a "brand name" store. I purchased a pair of pants and the security tag was left on them. I returned to the store with the original receipt and all the tags on the pants. The women saw me as the alarm went off when I walked in, then watched me go stand in line. When I got to the counter it was as if I had executed the most well planned heist of 20 dollar pants ever. After examining the receipt as though it was a fraud and checking the computer countless times, she reluctantly removed the security tag folded the pants and told me to have a good day. Not once acknowledging the fact that their associate had failed to do her job resulting in my disgruntled return. Don't worry old navy store associate I will not be back!
