  • If I could give this location zero stars I would. I had an appointment scheduled for days. I provided all of my insurance information online and received several text reminders for my appointment but at no time did anyone call me to tell me they need my insurance card on hand at the time of my appointment. I spoke with a front desk coordinator and provided everything they could possibly need id#, group #, group name, insurance phone number, claims mailing address, everything. I told the front desk coordinator I did not have a picture of the card but I could email it immediately after my appointment. The manager also told me that would be okay. After I fill out my forms they tell me they need me to email my card now or they cannot see me. I asked them to speak with the manager again and conveniently she had stepped out of the office. They then told me to have a seat and they would be with me shortly and the manager then comes back 5-10 minutes later to tell me she misunderstood what was said and they can't see me with out a copy of my card because they need my copayment information. I'm not stupid. I work in a dental office. I verify insurances daily. They tell me they can't call my insurance bc they will not give that information to them only to the member. Well, I call bullshit. I know what needs to be done to get the information need. As a provider you call provider your office information and the insurance will tell you what you need to know. I came in for an emergency and they offer free services yet they wouldn't see me without a copy of my insurance card when they had all the information needed. As a professional I don't believe that this is okay. You provide a service and that service is health and no one seemed interested in offering me options to help me. This is my only day off aside from Sunday to come in. Highly disappointed and I urge people to seek help elsewhere where they can receive better service and assistance.
