  • I signed a contract with REE on August 15th and they deposited the check I wrote on 8/21/15. It is now 1/28/16 and I still don't have my solar panels installed, up or running! That is 165 days and counting. This company does a great job of signing you on and taking your deposit. There sales reps are attentive, and as soon as you write a check, service evaporates. I would say I have gone back and forth with them, but that would entail them returning my calls and communicating. I have reached out to sun power, their parent company today and they are the best customer service I have had so far as they answered my phone call and seem to want to work to figure this out...I've hit delay after delay with this company, and I will edit this review to detail my entire experience. I just wanted to at least get the message out there of my experience with them thus far.
