  • Lowest prices confirmed. I frequently buy the same items repeatedly, and every item I've bought here was indeed less expensive than Albertson's or Smith's. And in many cases the difference was pretty significant. The WinCo decor is a wee-bit less polished than those stores, with a lot of hand-made signs around and such, but still the store is quite neat, spacious & well-kept, more so than most WalMarts. Plus it is the only 24-hour grocery store anywhere near me in this (supposedly) 24-hour town. So far the only downsides I've noticed is that their avocados were kind of puny (even at 78 cents each) ... and the deli counter meats were off brands (but were bargain priced). So I gotta bag my own, so what? I bring my own large poly old-school-grocery-bag size pokes anyway, so it's a snap, snap. So yep I'm a convert ... and if it's close enough to you (@ 215 & Stephanie) then you ought to give it at least one trial run yourself.
