  • A lot of people get proposed to at the top of the incline. This is where people get wedding photos and prom photos and "Please take a picture of my sorority" photos.... and all the photos are for the best view of the city other than the more hidden West End Overlook. I've been here dozens of times and it never gets old for me. Especially at sunset with the twinkling building lights and the light reflecting off the three rivers and the big riverboats that look like wedding cakes.... well its a great view and you should go see it.
