I'm pretty sure the owner has been Mr. Park and not Tino for a long, long time (unless that's his nickname), but anyways...
Mr. Park is incredible! I took in my favourite dress shoes ($60 ten years ago, but it would cost me at least $200 for something similar today), hoping to get just a little more mileage out of them. I couldn't believe how good he made them look -- I can probably wear them another 10 years now! So glad places like this still exist in this throw-away, disposable world... (end rant).
Like other Yelpers have said, prices are reasonable, and he's totally up-front when he can't do much for you. As a bonus, the place feels like being inside a small, cluttered time capsule (in a totally endearing way).
