  • I got a Groupon for a cut and color and was booked with a woman (who's name I have forgot) that does ombre hair coloring. I showed some photos and explained that I wanted blonde to light brown that faded to my dark hair. She told me it wouldn't look good and went her own way. I was willing to trust her but after the foils came off the color was reallllllly bad, super not good. When I expressed how the color was uneven, there are lines, blonde dots, patchiness, inconsistent tone and generally was not want I had comprised for, she argued with me and made ZERO offer to fix it. The color next to my face is significantly lighter on the left than right, a fact that she debated me on. I've never been in that position before. She then just trimmed the ends and called it quits. She had no idea how to style curly hair and I agreed to blow it out. And I will say, she did a very nice blow out. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional.
